Online Surveys

As well as providing information to treatment providers, injured workers, and employers, we all want to learn from each other.

We want to know about the experiences of particular individuals and groups and gain feedback on how the policies and practices put in place by our elected leaders are affecting you.

OUR ONLINE SURVEYS: We will be providing regular surveys targeting our respective audiences to gather information that is affecting them.

We know most site visitors will be busy and will not have the time and patience to want to undertake a lengthy survey. Our surveys will usually be less than 10 questions and will focus upon gathering the essential facts and in a way that findings can be reported back to you in a meaningful way.

As well as providing feedback to survey participants and other site visitors, we will be collating and presenting particularly relevant findings back to the administrators and decision makers in the system.
